If you are not committed to a specific date or package, we request that you email us with your questions, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Florida Beach Weddings are very popular ceremonies performed each year and we receive 10-14 inquiries average a day, so please give us a business day to respond.

Please indicate below any additional items or special services we can provide you with in addition to the package you have requested. This might include limousine transportation, tuxedo rentals, additional photo opportunities, fresh floral, wedding cake, guest favors, reception decor, wedding rentals, etc...
Be as specific as possible. Once we have received your request, we will check availability and contact you within 24 hours. We will then fax or mail you our contract. You must sign and return it within the time allowed to guarantee your wedding date.
3 Check availability, reserve the date with a deposit and sign our contract.
NOTE: Every reservation made with a DEPOSIT and the customer has signed our contract, has a GUARANTEED WEDDING.

Deposits may be made by check, money order or paid through PayPal.
To secure our services in providing your wedding, we require a minimum 50% non refundable deposit at the time of your reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to the ceremony. Mark your calendar. NO REMINDERS ARE SENT. A Tailored Event will grant no refunds and all monies are forfeited.
Beach Wedding policies: Some counties, cities and beaches require a temporary use permit. If there is a fee for the permit, it is the customers responsibility to contact the proper resources and make payment arrangements with them. We can help assist you with permit information if needed. Our wedding packages or services do not include any permit that may be required. Items such as chairs, arches or similar type of structures may not be allowed without a permit.
If your Wedding is for the Year 2010, 2011 a minimum non refundable deposit of 50% is required. If your booking is within 45 days or less of your wedding date, then the full amount is due now.
The clients, (wedding couple), shall assume any and all responsibility for themselves and their guests with respect to alcoholic beverages consumed at their wedding. The clients shall not hold A Tailored Event, and it’s subsidiaries, independent and sub- contractors harmless of any and all liability with respect to injury or death, for any reason, during, or at any time following their ceremony.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Rates are subject to change. A Tailored Event all its contractors shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of God, failure of transportation or equipment or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. In the event of rescheduling due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to flower, cake and catering expenses.
4 Await your Confirmation.
If you are requesting a package with no extras, you will be receiving a personalized message
from our wedding coordinator confirming the date and package price within 24 hours.
Wedding reservations with extras could take up to two business days as we must confirm
prices/dates with outside vendors. We ask for your patience in such cases.
