Kathy and her team provided our entire beach set up for the ceremony, as well as lighting and decoration for our reception. I love that her website has many, many pictures AND is fully up front on prices... that is more welcoming and convincing, in my opinion.

For the beach she set up the large chuppah with 2 shades of fabric draped heavily over the wooden chuppah. It's a solid structure - the wooden steaks are rooted deep into the sand. They also set up the white wooden chairs - they are reasonably priced and look much more classy & beach chic than the cheap plastic option. Next, sheperd's hooks were lined up to support the drapping fabric that lined the aisle way, and to hold a colorful cone of rose petals (guests used them for petal toss as we walked back down the aisle after marriage). Rose petals were already sprinkled on the aisle way as part of the set up.

I could see this being arranged from my 14th floor gulf front suite at Clearwater Beach Hyatt - it was amazing to get ready for my wedding while having a bird's eye view of the ceremony site being set up - gave me goose bumps to know that it was really happening :)

Our reception took place on the 16th floor terrace of the Clearwater Beach Hyatt. The 360 degree views of the gulf AND the bay are decoration enough! But once it's dark, it's dark! So Kathy's team organized string party lighting back and forth between the 2 trellises on that terrace. This lighting was perfect party lighting, it set the right mood for the dance floor and was such a dramatic, fun, romantic, playful look rolled into one. Those trellises were outfitted with chinese lanterns for both decor and lighting for whomever was sitting in the loungers there.

I can't say enough good things about Kathy and the crew at A Tailored Event. She was so nice to meet me at the ceremony site months in advance to discuss a wedding set up package. She was very helpful and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I gave her color samples and tossed around a few ideas... in the end A Tailored Event delivered the PERFECT set up just how I imagined it should be. Her bamboo chuppah is stunning and the fabric draped over just gorgeous. The chairs and tiki torches were placed perfectly. Flower petals down the aisle topped it all off. All this at a great price.

A Tailored event was exellent. Kathy did an amazing job and i asked for her professional opinion all the time. My wedding was an out of state wedding and made me feel so comfortable with all of my decisions that i made. My wedding decore was way more than i expected to see when i walked in to my reception. It was so beyond my expectations. For my ceremony our Chuppah was just breath taking. I had so many compliments on it. So many people said that it was the most gorgeous looking chuppah have have seen. my bouquet and my brisesmaid bouquets were just beautiful. Kathy and her team did an amazing job. Thank you so much!! I was referred to Kathy with A Tailored Event by my officiant. I met with her at the beach home we rented to hold our ceremony and reception. She was very down to earth and professional. She was very detailed and reasonable. They were able to handle the florals and lighting for me. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined.
